A degree-qualified Financial Controller with 30 years experience in a multinational manufacturing company, Ian's most recent role gave him responsibility for Victoria and Tasmania, encompassing Finance, Customer Service, Credit and the implementation of a fully integrated SAP system.
Bill comes to executive recruitment with 35 years experience in a manufacturing environment. He is a mechanical engineer and has held various senior manufacturing and general management positions in international companies, such as Rolls Royce, Courtaulds and Repco.
Clayton and Shuttleworth's IT Recruitment practice is led by Nick Shuttleworth, a veteran of over twenty years in the industry, encompassing IT infrastructure, services and recruitment. 
Shane joined Clayton & Shuttleworth in 2004 after working for KPMG and Bell Potter Securities whilst completing a degree in Finance and Management at Queensland and La Trobe Universities.
Dario holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne. Having spent 23 years with packaging giant Amcor, Dario has built a career around his strong commercial, finance and strategy management skills. Prior to joining Clayton & Shuttleworth he held positions as Group General Manager of Amcor's Beverage Division and more recently Group General Manager Strategy. He also sat on Amcor Australasia's executive team.
Ross has more than 20 years experience of "working with people" across many industries and in all facets of human resources management. Management, Career Counselling and Training and Development, Ross is able to offer a range of services and support to organisations and individuals and has worked with national and multi-national organisations in Australia and overseas.
Lee will probably be the first person you see when you visit the offices of Clayton & Shuttleworth in Carlton. She joined the firm in March 2011 after completing her Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting & Taxation.
